The Oregon Governor’s Occupational Safety and Health (GOSH) Conference returns in 2027 to the Oregon Convention Center in Portland. The event, scheduled for March 1-4, is the largest conference of its kind in the Pacific Northwest and will feature speakers from across the region and country.
Registration for the event is expected to open by early 2027, with exhibit booth assignments beginning in August 2026 (registration opens in July), and awards nominations packets will be ready soon (nomination deadline is October 12, 2026). This conference will once again feature a skills demonstration in the Columbia Forklift Challenge. The Columbia-Willamette Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) is partnering with the Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Division (Oregon OSHA), a division of the Department of Consumer and Business Services, to coordinate the conference.
