The Oregon Governor’s Occupational Safety & Health Conference (GOSH) is the largest safety and health conference in the West and one of the largest in the United States.

The theme of the 2009 conference is “Safety & Health in Action – Making a Difference in Today’s Workplace and Beyond.” The goal of the conference is to provide an educational forum where employers, safety and health professionals, safety committee members, line supervisors, manufacturers, and distributors can come to gain state of the art knowledge and skills leading to self-sufficiency in their occupational safety and health programs.

As an exhibitor you receive:

  • Contracted floor space (minimum space size is 10-foot by 10-foot), 8-foot high draped back wall with 3-foot high draped side rails.
  • Two side chairs and one 6’, draped display table.
  • One standard electrical outlet (5 amps, 120 V), if requested.
  • Early applicants receive one complimentary parking pass for a lot adjacent to the convention center (with in and out privileges) during exhibit days (March 10 and March 11).
  • Two complimentary lunch tickets per booth space (maximum four per company) for Tuesday.
Wednesday lunch is not included, but can be purchased for $15.00.
  • The exhibit hall will open at 7 a.m. for “Breakfast with the Exhibitors” from 7-8:30 a.m. each day.
  • Complimentary registration for up to two of your representatives for classes on Tuesday and
Wednesday, the exhibit days. Pre-registration required.
  • Unlimited Exhibit Hall Passes you can give to customers who are unable to attend the conference, but you would like to visit your booth. Our success is your success.

In the exhibit packet you will find an Exhibitor Application for exhibit space, an exhibit hall floor plan, exhibitor Rules and Regulations, and a list of exhibitors from 2007. Confirmation will be sent to you upon acceptance of your Exhibitor Application and full payment of space. Booth space assignments will begin in September 2008, and continue until all space is sold. Assignments are based on receipt date of the Exhibitor Application with full payment for booth space, registration of multiple booths, and consideration of potential conflicts with competing like-market exhibitors.

Triumph Events Network, Inc. is the official service contractor for the 2009 GOSH Conference. Triumph will be able to help you with shipping, move-in (Monday, March 9 from 1-8 p.m.) and moveout (Wednesday, March 11 from 3:30-6 p.m.), additional equipment rental, and on-site needs. A show service packet will be sent to your company contact by e-mail after assignment of booth space.
